Synopsis: A website designing company approach by Colin Turner, the Chairman of the newly formed Zena Foundation to help design and develop a website to promote their cause for aiding and supporting victims of domestic violence and culturally aggravated murders.
With such a sensitive and difficult subject to tackle, the company was tasked with the job of creating a hard hitting website that dealt with these issues head on in a creative and graphical way. Whilst ensuring we made clear that the issues affected the lives of people all over the world, the company also had to ensure that visitors to the site understood the key aim of the foundation - to support those who are directly affected by these issues.
The client came to the company with a very small budget and in fact, asked the company if she would be willing to come on board as supporters and develop the site without charge. The company was naturally happy to do our bit and build the site for them without fees to help the foundation get off the mark.
The site has now had it's initial first phase launch with the full phase two launch planned for late 2009.
